Returns and Replacements

Each seller has his or her own return policies, to which a customer agrees, upon purchasing their products. Not all vendors accept returns.

To initiate a return request, you must first login to your SmartWorld customer account by clicking on "My Account" and then "Orders". Once you have signed in, you will see a list of your orders. Click on the Order ID to view detailed information on the order, including "Request a Replacement or a Refund".
