Brilliant red in color. The nose gives hints of ripe red fruits, blackcurrant, tobacco and a little menthol, typical characteristics of Cabernets from this part of the Maipo Valley. Deep ruby color with a brick rim. Blackberry, leather and olive aromas and flavors on a dryish medium body with a soft, herbal, cherry vinaigrette and wet cedar accented finish. Attractive intense morello color with light cherry-red reflections in the meniscus, very bright and clean.

Magister Bibendi is a blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Granacha from some of the vineyard’s oldest vines. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and then matured in the bottle at a constant temperature. The wine has a beautiful ruby red color and is rich and complex, with flavors of sweet red cherry perked up by crisp acidity.

“This wine has a layered and vibrant nose of red cranberry, red raspberry, heat, cooked cherries and raisins. In the mouth many of the same flavors are present like raisin pie, cooked cranberries, blueberry hints. The finish seems rather soft, but then Tempranillo’s typical tannins get a little grippy.
