A couple of years ago we watched the documentary Food, Inc. when we were living in Dallas, TX and geeked out. That began a journey of lifestyle change for us. We began to think differently about the food we consume and where it comes from. The more we learned, our desire grew to raise wholesome food for our family table and yours. So we started Ramsay Hill right in the middle of Dallas, Greenville, Mt. Pleasant, Sulphur Springs, Texarkana, Tyler and Paris, TX and the story has just begun.
