The Old Vines Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in barrel with some minimal lees stirring to create richness and complexity. None of the press wine was used, only free run juice so as to preserve the delicacy and brightness of the fruit. No malolactic fermentation was allowed to preserve the crisp acidity.

Aromas of red fruits and jam with hints of vanilla. The wine is dry, smooth, well-bodied and balanced. Mix of fresh and dried grapes.
