Magister Bibendi is a blend of 90% Tempranillo and 10% Granacha from some of the vineyard’s oldest vines. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and then matured in the bottle at a constant temperature. The wine has a beautiful ruby red color and is rich and complex, with flavors of sweet red cherry perked up by crisp acidity.
Navarrsotillo wines are aged in barrels made of 20% French and 80% American oak in climate-controlled cellars
