Here’s a Prosecco with a broad and far reaching aspect to its aromatic profile that recalls roasted almonds, mature peach and yellow rose. There’s a pungent note in there as well of ash or talc powder and the sparkler ends with a playful blast of piquant spice. Pale straw-yellow with greenish tinges and a delicate, soft, fruity flavor. Ideal with raw seafood and excellent with dessert and panettone.
This is a perfect dessert wine. Good balance of fruit flavors with harmonious acidity. Penetrating, fragrant with hints of sage and peach with an excellent persistence. Brilliant, pale yellow, nice creamy bubbles.

Our classically Burgundian Pinot Noir always has bight acids, notes of currants and cranberries with a robust aroma of tobacco and leather. Bright acid with a dry yet soft finish. It’s low alcohol level makes it perfect for pairing with red meats like Lamb and Game.
All our wines are made with certified organic grapes or biodynamic, with low or no sulfites added, and are additive and pesticide-free. We’ll find a great mix of vineyards and varietals to impress and delight your clients or team.
Deep garnet violet black in color. Very smoky, salty nut and singed berry pie crust aromas follow through on a soft entry to a fruity medium body with sugared berry sweetness and tartness and a crisp, melon, tarry mineral and firm powdery tannin finish. Needs fatty meats, or give this a few years.
Clear pale golden color, with lively, fine bubbles forming a persistent mousse. This Crémant has afresh, fine, and delicately fruity nose, with aromas of apple, pear, toast and white flowers, with subtle mineral notes.
Brilliant red in color. The nose gives hints of ripe red fruits, blackcurrant, tobacco and a little menthol, typical characteristics of Cabernets from this part of the Maipo Valley. The wine is particularly fresh on the palate due to the rich acidity and gives a hint of firm, but ripe tannins. Ideal served with organic food and red meats.

Two distinct selections grow on a steep hillside; Clone 1, originally from Chateau d’Yquem, provides structure and backbone and is balanced by the aromatics of the Musqué clone. Both are dry-farmed producing canopies of low-vigor and very small yields. The resulting wine is rich and complex.

This Estate Biodynamic Petite Sirah is lush and full, with flavors of butterscotch, caramel and sweet cherry. Elegant and powerful, this wine is smooth and drinkable now, but will cellar well until around 2015. Enjoy its spicy character with grilled mushrooms, thick marinara sauces and rich chocolate or creamy desserts.
Deep and complex Merlot with aromas of pear and blackberry. Fine tannic structure and a spicy, earthy finish. Pair with spicy dishes.

The Old Vines Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in barrel with some minimal lees stirring to create richness and complexity. None of the press wine was used, only free run juice so as to preserve the delicacy and brightness of the fruit. No malolactic fermentation was allowed to preserve the crisp acidity.
