This is a perfect dessert wine. Good balance of fruit flavors with harmonious acidity. Penetrating, fragrant with hints of sage and peach with an excellent persistence. Brilliant, pale yellow, nice creamy bubbles.
All our wines are made with certified organic grapes or biodynamic, with low or no sulfites added, and are additive and pesticide-free. We’ll find a great mix of vineyards and varietals to impress and delight your clients or team.

After making my mother’s Red Wine vinaigrette for about five years, one day I ran out with no red wine vinegar in the house. But I had Apple Cider vinegar and I used that instead with delicious results. This strong and sassy concoction is vibrant enough to stand up to almost any salad you choose, even a spicy arugula. It is made with a good dose of apple cider vinegar, making it fruity and bold. Throw this on your kale and you may live forever. It is also wonderful on coleslaw or potato salad. We marinated a pork loin in it one night and loved how it made the meat juicy and flavorful.
