We cannot offer cancellations at this time.
REPLACEMENTS
Please follow the instructions for Returns below, they also apply to Replacements.
RETURNS
You can make a return within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date. Please notify us in writing that you want to make a return at customercare@thesisbeauty.com before mailing items back to us. Upon receipt of your notification, we will email you return instructions. Please do not mail your item to us before receiving return instructions from us. Refunds are issued upon inspection of the parcels and items. Inbound and outbound shipping costs are customer's responsibility.
- We accept only unopened and unused items - due to the nature of our products.
- Refund covers the purchase price of merchandise and sales tax if applicable.
- Shipping costs would be customer's responsibility unless it was our mistake (see Defective / Wrong Items paragraph below). Should your item arrive damaged or with a defect, please contact us at customercare@thesisbeauty.com within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date to arrange for a replacement.
- Custom products, E-Gift Cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
We recommend returning your items via methods that can either be tracked or provide proof of delivery. We are not responsible for return packages lost or stolen during transit.
Please include the following information with your return request:
- Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Order Number
- Item Description/Name
- Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEMS
Should your item arrive damaged or with a defect, let us know within 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date to arrange for a replacement. We will absolutely replace those and shipping will be on us. If you have received such product, notify us at customercare@thesisbeauty.com
