Simply fill tubular fabric (made from 100% organic cotton yarns) with buckwheat hulls and connect your pods together. Buckwheat hulls are sold separately here and the kit fabric is sold below.
Our soft, 100% organic cotton, envelope style pillowcases are recommended for use with both our full size (20" X 30") and neck size (10" X 30") pillow inserts.
