This *20" X 30" organic cotton insert has two zippered compartments; one for holding lavender millet hulls and the other holds buckwheat hulls. The hulls never mix!

This pillow kit will include a handful of calming lavender mixed into the millet hulls. Read more about the benefits of lavender here. All millet hulls contain lavender which provides a fresh, subtle aroma. Millet hulls come with actual lavender mixed in (no essential oils) from our supplier. Your pillow will smell fresh for a long time as if your pillow was hung in the sun all day. We do add extra organic lavender buds before shipping, so feel free to order your millet hulls without the additional lavender by stating so in the note area during checkout.

Our envelope style pillowcases work best with our inserts. Inserts are *20 X 30 but will stretch to fill most bed pillow case sizes.
